Willem Mosterd has a proven track record as an executive in consulting services, financial services and the tele/datacom industry, with over 20 years’ experience at the C-level, working for and with multinationals, scale-ups and start-ups. He has successfully led and contributed to the development and implementation of multiple organisational transformations at national, Pan-European and global levels. During one of these transformations, he developed a framework to gain control of the operating model of an organisation, which has since become known as the Crosslinx framework with a supporting strategy execution methodology. Willem is currently a boardroom advisor and guest lecturer at the Executive MBA of Nyenrode University on the subjects of operating model design and strategy execution.
Josje Fiolet has been advising organizations on strategy execution and operating model design since the start of her career in 2014. She holds a Master’s in Communication Science, where she focused on change management, and a Master’s in Business Administration, where she explored how organizations truly function. Throughout her career, she has been fascinated by how people shape organizations, and how well-designed organizational structures can enable individuals and teams to excel, making strategy execution successful. With nearly a decade of experience at a high-end management consultancy and in the role of independent advisor, Josje has advised numerous companies – often in highly regulated industries – on how to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, or as she likes to say, ‘turn paper into reality’. After supporting Bol—the largest online platform in Belgium and the Netherlands —in obtaining its licences from the Dutch financial regulators, Josje joined Bol as Head of CDD.
In 2017, Josje and Willem met as colleagues and immediately connected on a personal and professional level. They shared a vision of what organisations need to thrive and were confident that they could make a difference together. The Crosslinx framework was the missing piece in Josje’s approach to strategy execution. Together, they developed the Crosslinx framework and methodology further, drawing from numerous client experiences. Josje took over from Willem as COO of the consultancy firm, and their strong bond remained even after that transition. Having seen firsthand how Crosslinx helps organisations succeed, they were eager to share their insights with a wider audience.
Josje is currently Head of CDD at Bol and continues to work closely with Willem on strategy execution and operating models.
